Spacious Japanese-style room with beautiful views of the autumn trees. The onsen boasts both indoor and outdoor baths.

Lack of meal options due to full bookings in the restaurant was disappointing, especially with nearby eateries closing early. The hotel didn't assist with making reservations for local restaurants, which could leave guests scrambling to find dining options after hours.

    amazing hospitality

    Couples seeking a unique experience

The hospitality was amazing, especially when we were greeted with tea and a light snack right upon entering our room. The onsen was a personal favorite, both indoor and outdoor options made for a serene escape after a day of adventures.

Although it was a bit on the pricier side, it was still a worthwhile experience.

    communication issues

The stay was quite enjoyable, especially because it was conveniently located near several must-see attractions like Taiyuimbyo Shrine and the iconic Shinkyo Bridge, which are just a short walk away. The spacious Japanese-style room was a highlight, offering a peaceful view of the river and a relaxing environment after exploring. The onsen facilities, with both indoor and outdoor baths, were the perfect ending to a long day. I wished there were more dining options available nearby, especially since we looked forward to trying local restaurants after our day trips. It was a rejuvenating experience with a lovely relaxing atmosphere.

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and took my bags to my room. I enjoyed the relaxing onsen after a long day of exploring. The room was spacious and comfortable. I loved being close to important attractions and shopping areas with plenty of options for wandering around.

Some confusion around the shuttle service caused delays. The dining options were limited, especially when trying to make arrangements on short notice.

    dated room

The breakfast was delicious and served in a private dining area, with an excellent array of traditional Japanese dishes. The complimentary shuttle service made exploring the area easy, and the staff were attentive and friendly.

The room felt somewhat dated and could benefit from minor updates.

The spacious Japanese-style room offered a tranquil view of the river and came equipped with an abundance of amenities. The staff's warm welcome with tea and snacks set a positive tone, though the refusal to accommodate dietary restrictions for gluten-free options was disappointing. The kaiseki dinner was an excellent culinary journey, served in generous portions, and the breakfast was one of the best experienced s. Enjoying the expansive onsen facilities was a highlight after a long day of exploring.
